Our Founder

Kojo is an experienced management consultant with diverse experience leading key strategic and operational initiatives for organizations with complex business issues.  Kojo’s expertise and experience has been focused at global Life Sciences companies where his experience runs the gamut. He has launched several new products, supported first-in-class supply chain initiatives, and led digital innovation initiatives. By leveraging best practices, his strong program and project management skills, and collaborative approach, Kojo has fostered relationships across cross-functional teams which has led to increased adoption of capabilities and driven results across organizations.

A true entrepreneur at heart, Kojo formed Victor Strategic Partners with a vision of leveraging his skills and expertise as a management consultant to help Startup Business and Non-profits unlock their true potential.

Kojo is currently enrolled at Temple University's Fox School of Business, where he is pursuing his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He is also a graduate of Drexel University's College of Engineering and holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Finance. He currently resides with his wife Maya in Melrose Park, PA
